Job Title: Manager – Business Development

  • Location: Banglore
  • Experience Required: 5–8 years
  • Total no’s 2: Handled PAN India/ International clients
  • CTC: ₹12–15 LPA (based on last drawn salary and budget)
  • Mandatory: Candidates must be from the nutraceutical or herbal industry only.

The Manager – Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth for Manipal Naturals Private Limited by acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires proactive customer acquisition, independent handling of accounts, transparent communication with customers, and close coordination with internal teams. The incumbent must maintain professional office etiquette, foster healthy team relationships, and ensure all technical communications are vetted by factory seniors before sharing with customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Proactively approach and engage prospective customers.
  • New leads generated.
  • Consistent and effective daily CRM usage.
  • Update sales pipeline and customer progress.
  • Updated pipeline reports.
  • Monthly revenue targets achieved.
  • Achieve annual sales and new customer acquisition goals.
  • Annual targets achieved.

Deliverables:

  • Achievement of assigned annual and monthly sales targets.
  • Acquisition of new customers meeting defined billing criteria.
  • Accurate handling of customer documentation and dispatch coordination.
  • Strong and transparent customer relationships.
  • Timely reporting to the Business Head.
  • Zero behavioural or compliance-related issues.
